Our Brookies start with a layer of rich, fudgy chocolate brownie made with Ghirardelli cocoa and chocolate chips, then are topped with our buttery chocolate chip cookie dough. The two layers are baked together to create one thick, decadent treat.
Fudgy on the bottom, chewy and buttery on top, with plenty of chocolate in every bite.
Brookies are cut into approximately 2" × 2" squares—the perfect size for a sweet, chocolatey treat!
